Here’s a slideshow of the photos I’ve been taking here in Chicago, and at the Adobe Max 2007 conference. I’m here a for a couple more days, so I’ll be adding more. They should automatically appear in the slideshow as I add them to this set on Flickr (where you can see any of them in more detail, full size, etc.).
Enjoy!

OK, it’s on. I’m in Chicago for a couple more days, and I’ve got so many friends here that a meetup was inevitable.
We’re getting together at Lou Malnati’s pizzeria (the one at 429 N Wells) at 7 PM on Wednesday night, 10/3. Everyone is invited, but please RSVP on this page at Upcoming, so we can tell the restaurant how many people are coming.

Are you a Chicago geek? In town for Adobe MAX? Come join us for some Chicago-style pizza and geekery!
I arrived late last night, and my body’s still on West Coast time, but I’m in Chicago for the Adobe Max 2007 conference.
I’m going to be giving a series of “chalk talks” on the topics of “Social Tools for Building Community,” where I’m going to talk about using Twitter, Facebook, blogs, wikis, and podcasts, and “What can Intel Software Network do for you?”.
Drop me a line if you’re at MAX, and you’d like to come to one of the talks (they’re free, on the main Expo floor, I think). Or even better, if you’re in Chicago and want to get together. I’ve got a ton of geek friends here, so even though this is my first time to Chicago, I feel like I have a million things that I could do for fun.
I’ll post details if any kind of geek gathering comes together - right now, it looks like maybe Tuesday or Wednesday night (I go home Thursday afternoon).
