Anyhow since I'm here ill keep it short and just say. If you have purchased any products from Apitek and you're un-satisfied. Due to the false and miss leading advertising on the products packaging, NO NOT call customer service. That is.. Don't call Aiptek if you value your life! Seriously I recently called Aiptek to ask why the product didn't work as advertised on the box. I was met with an irate customer service representative who started cursing at me and accusing me of lying. He actually told me to "get my shit together before trying to call up and lie to him. The angry man would not listen to a word I was saying and then THREATENED ME AND MY FAMMILYS LIFE! That's right, and this is no joke. The man on the phone at Aiptek actually told me he was going to send 5 guys to my house to assault me and my family. So my advice to you is don't buy any aiptek products. If you do buy aiptek, don't count on the product to live up the the specifications printed on the box. and definitely don't call to ask for assistance. or you may end up like me living in content fear of a gang style home invasion by aiptek employees.
