The roads don’t get cleared, and people just aren’t used to driving in it.

… seems like some people don’t have TV and think it is a smart idea to get in the car. Stay home! Yesterday in the Netherlands (Fox News has some nice YouTubes about that country, but that is a another story) people went out and six did not surrive a bit of windy weather.
