I was also in fourth grade when Challenger exploded on live TV. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view,) my teacher immediately turned the TV off, and I didn't really "get" what had happened until I got home and my parents told me.

I hit the big three-oh back in April. It sucked at the time, but I've come to terms with it. ;) What's really a little depressing is that we just had one of my aunts and uncles visit with my fifteen-year-old cousin. I can remember my aunt being pregnant and have photos of me holding him a couple days after he was born. Ugh. Time moves very fast and life is too short. We should all make the most of the time we have on this big ball.

I feel your pain Josh - I will be 30 next year and I feel it getting closer - I can distinctly remember the Challenger disaster as well - my twin brother and I were huge into Space at that age and we had nightmares after it happened!
