I use a Verizon Samsung i730 Pocket PC Phone with high speed (600-900Kbps) wireless data. The data package is $45/month on top of my voice plan. It's spendy, but fast. Sprint offers EVDO ("Power Vision") for $15/month, if it's available in your city. Cingular and T-Mobile have EDGE wireless access, which is about 120Kbps. T-Mobile charges $30/month, Cingular $40.

I recommend any Windows Mobile device - Smartphone or Pocket PC. All the major U.S. carriers offer at least one.

Hope that helps! :-)

Hi. What do you use as a mobile internet device. Basically; I am looking to get something that I can surf the web with and check my email (yahoo/hotmail) with and maybe blog on .. hehe
I was just wondering what kind of device you use and how much you pay per month for data access.
