Here’s my copy of Robert Scoble and Shel Israel’s book on corporate blogging, Naked Conversations, which, despite Amazon’s best efforts to screw up my order, arrived a couple of weeks ago.

I’m sad to say that I haven’t cracked it open yet. I wish there was a non-PDF ebook version of it. Carrying around the dead tree version of anything is such a pain, and as a result, it takes me a lot longer to get through the dead tree version than an ebook version I can take with my everywhere on my Pocket PC phone, and read whenever I have a few minutes.

Still, looking forward to reading it, then sharing it with coworkers. I’ll see if I can get Robert and Shel to autograph it next time I run into them.

We’ll both be honored to sign it, but it makes me sad that you aren’t actually reading it. I wish there were something we could do about a better ebook version, but there is not.

Oh, I’ll definitely read it. I just haven’t gotten to it yet. Got a couple of long plane trips coming up, and it’s coming along with me.

Plus, I read along on the blog as it was being written, so I’m definitely not new to the topics.

Today is the 3rd birthday of Intelpedia, the Intel-wide internal wiki I created. Celebrations taking place worldwide at Intel sites. #
Intelpedia has several “children”, wikis at other companies that I’ve helped people set up. It’s contagious! #
I never kept track of what companies I’ve helped with wiki stuff. Am thinking it would be nice to keep track, see how they’re progressing. #

@jezlyn I’ve only been using Tweetsville for a few minutes, but it’s really good. Fast. Looks and feels like Apple wrote it. Worth the $3.99 #

There’s going to be a “mini” Ignite Portland at the Keep Portland Weird festival at the Central Library, with a few alumni talks. 2:15PM #
Come by the Ignite thing at the library if you want, but I haven’t been advertising it, because it’s a really small space. #
I had visions of flooding the library with the throngs of people who seem to materialize whenever I mention Ignite Portland. #
