Test post from my PSP.
Rick at work snagged one of these for $350 (MSRP = $499) on a Dell deal, and brought it in to show off yesterday.
Here’s a shot with the 12x zoom lens extended, next to my Audiovox SMT5600 for scale. This isn’t a small camera, but when you look at its capabilities, it’s a monster. I REALLY want one.
Here’s a shot from the rear, showing the flip out swivel LCD screen and the controls.
Not mine, but I’d love to have one (someday)!
Innopocket sent me some pre-production cases to check out. Here’s one with Tim Germer’s 4G iPod 20GB inside. My new 20GB iPod Color is ever-so-slightly too thick to fit in the case.
The front of the case is clear plastic (ABS, I think?), and the back half is magnesium. I didn’t get a shot of the back, but it has a stud for a belt clip, and a hoop for a lanyard. Very nice, and very solid.
Treo 650, Sony PSP, and the Dell Axim X50v, all showing Google’s main page. The large wide screen of the PSP dwarfs them all, and the text and images on it are absolutely gorgeous.
Another comparison of Google on the PSP browser (firmware 2.0) and on my Dell Axim X50v VGA Pocket PC in landscape mode.
Better photo, I think, without flash.

Love that widescreen, and check out the antialiased text.
Sorry the photos is blurry…
Where’s the first place I went when I fired up the new web browser in the 2.0 PSP firmware? You guessed it.
Looks like it has full CSS support - the page renders almost exactly like in a desktop browser.
