		<description>Mine is listed as a &quot;Hardware ID: mdmgen&quot; and when I query the modem it comes back saying it could not be opened and to check for conflicks.  Same deal on two different pc&#039;s (both xp+sp2 and blackberry desktop software instaleld).</description>
