It’s 12 degrees F, school is cancelled for the second day, and I’m working from home again. Roads are a solid sheet of ice. #pdxtst #
Portland is just not equipped to deal with snow and ice. A fleet of plows and sanders cost too much for the one time a year they’re needed. #
The streets around my house haven’t seen a plow or even a sander since this started. Hence, the roads are an ice rink, and we don’t go out. #
